Blumen Recall

Blumen has voluntarily recalled hand sanitizer sold by Chadwell Supply after May 1, 2020 due to the potential presence of methanol.

Ingestion or substantial methanol exposure could result in symptoms of methanol poisoning. To date, no reports of adverse events related to this recall have been made.

Customers who have purchased potentially affected products have been notified by email. If you have unused or unfinished product, we are happy to help facilitate the return of the product and a refund.  Please do not return the product to Chadwell Supply or to your delivery driver. Follow the steps below:

• Send a photo of unused/unfinished product with your Chadwell Supply Account Number and the invoice number for the purchase to customerservice@chadwellsupply.com.
• If you need help finding the invoice, please contact our Customer Service team at 888-341-2423 before emailing. 
• You will receive instructions and shipment information to return the unfinished product to the manufacturer.
• You will receive confirmation of the credit to your Chadwell Supply Account for the purchase amount.
