How do I set up an account? 

In most cases, new accounts can be set up in less than 24 hours! We allow a courtesy order of $500 while your account setup is in process. The credit application form may be downloaded. Fill it out and fax, email or mail it back to us at Chadwell Supply 5115 Joanne Kearney Blvd, Tampa, FL 33619 - accountmanager@chadwellsupply.com - Fax:800-567-6156. Please make sure to fill in the number of units at your community, as well as a current Accounts Payable contact with an email address. This will fast-track your application!

Where can I get SDS sheets for the products I purchase?

Login to your Chadwell Supply Online Dashboard to view and download SDS sheets. If you do not have an online account, you can register online or call our Customer Service center at 888-341-2423.

Can I pay with a credit card? 

You can pay for your order with a credit card through our call center at 888-341-2423 and you can pay for any invoice online with your credit card - just go to the Dashboard and review invoices there.

How do I return an item? 

Returns are easy! Contact any customer service representative to schedule a return pickup by calling or using the Contact Us form on this site. HVAC Equipment and Appliances may be returned if they are in the original packaging unless otherwise approved by the manufacturer. Special ordered items may only be returned with special authorization. A re-stocking fee of 15% may be charged for undamaged returns.

Are the catalog descriptions and pricing accurate?

Descriptions in the catalog are intended for general identification only; unless specified they do not represent any specific brand. Original manufacturer names or stock numbers that appear in the Chadwell Supply catalog are also for identification only. Prices are subject to change throughout the year due to market conditions and the printed catalog price may not always reflect the current price of the product. Your sales or customer service representatives can provide you with the current price.
The pricing on the website is up-to-the-minute and takes into account your purchasing programs, contract item prices and all flyer specials that may be available to you.

What do those icons mean?

New Items - This item was recently added to our catalog. We did our best to forecast stock on this item - if you use this item, let us know so we can add additional stock to your warehouse and take better care of you.
No UPS Delivery - Items with this symbol cannot be shipped via Parcel Service. they are either too long, too heavy, or have a greater potential for damage being shipped this way. They must be shipped via Common Carrier and other freight charges may apply.
Local Delivery - Items with this symbol cannot be shipped via Parcel Service or Common Carrier. They might be too long or have greater potential for damage being shipped this way. We entrust them to our drivers only because they care about getting your order to you in one piece.
Regional Item - This symbol identifies items that we stock only in specific warehouses.
HAZMAT - Careful here. These items require special handling - especially if they are being shipped Parcel Service or Common Carrier! Additional charges will apply if not shipped on our truck.
While Supplies Last - Sad to say, these items just didn't make the cut. Either our manufacturers have eliminated it from their line or it's just too old (or too ugly) for us to carry any longer. Great deals on these items!
Dropship - Items ordered will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. (It isn't really coming via drone, but we thought the icon looked cool!)
