About Move for Hunger
Move for Hunger mobilizes the multifamily industry to reduce food waste and fight hunger in our communities. As we all know, people throw out a good deal of "stuff" when they move. Unfortunately, a lot of this "stuff" is food that could be delivered to a family in need rather than thrown away.
How Can You Help?
Move for Hunger offers your residents the opportunity to donate their non-perishable food items when they move. Donations are delivered to local food banks to help feed families in need.
Today, more than 3,000 properties, representing 600,000 units, have joined Move for Hunger to make move-outs more sustainable.
